Surveying

BSODC operates four full time survey crews under the management of Mr Colin Miller. Our equipment includes robotic total station theodolites and modern vehicles. We have considerable in-house expertise in the Land Titles registration system within W.A., and maintain a current knowledge of the technical requirements of the Transfer of Land Act, the Land Act and related Acts. The organization has continually upgraded its technology in the field and office equipment to guarantee a high level of service and represents a major investment that improves data capture, processing, plans and security of stored data records.

The ability to prepare Deposited Plans, Strata and Survey Strata Plans, and to conduct all the associated survey field work is a cornerstone of our company's success. We insist on continued technical staff training and this ensures quality control of all facets of office and field operations.

BSODC has the full array of technical skills and very experienced personnel conducting all aspects of licensed and engineering surveying. Our quality control together with quality assurance programs is intended to provide our clients with an efficient service from the initial instructions through to the completion of the task and storage of records. The program ensures that duplication doesn't occur and the most effective techniques are applied to each task within the subdivision process, which guarantees the smooth transition for the development of broadacres into saleable lots at a competitive industry rate.
