BSO Development Consultants (BSODC) is the result of a change of name and business direction in June 2007 for the Land Surveying and Project Management practice formerly known as Busselton Survey Office. To better meet market opportunities and Client needs the organization has broadened the range of services offered beyond the traditional Land Surveying practice to include a greater Project Management, Town Planning and General Consulting role.
With capabilities to drive developments from greenfield sites, through to the issue of new titles, BSODC sets the benchmark for ability and experience in the Land Development Industry within the South West. The continued support of our Clients is an endorsement to the quality of service provided and ensures the Company's further success. BSODC provides advice on Town Planning Schemes, Regional Planning Studies and Departmental requirements associated with land use. The Company will actively participate in the Project Management and general administration of land/building developments, and the recommendation of suitable contractors for each project.
